Flower Preservation

We are able to accept fresh and dried flower bouquets from customers located internationally, in addition to those located in the UK and throughout Europe. If you are located internationally and have a fresh flower bouquet you would like to have preserved, please contact us prior to ordering.

Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your flower preservation service. Full payment of all custom items is to be completed at at the time of your layout design stage.

Flower Stories by Mita cannot be held liable for any orders completed past the 24-week weeks due to delayed payments that must be completed before the pouring process.

Completion Policy

All orders will not be kept for more than 3 months after completion. If shipping or pick-up cannot be completed within this timeframe and no prior arrangement has been made, Flower Stories by Mita obtains full ownership of the order. 

Shipping Policy

All packages are sent through our third-party shipping company, depending on the destination. Tracking numbers will be sent out once orders are shipped. International shipping is also available using the country’s best available shipping rate with a tracking number. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or shipping delays.

Return Policy

All sales are final.

We require a £100 deposit (GBP) for flower preservation orders, with the remaining balance and shipping due when the main block design is approved before the artist starts the resin pouring process.
